We are only shipping in the US and to Canada at this time. All orders are currently being shipped within the timeframe set at the top of our website once the order is placed and paid for via USPS or UPS. International orders to Canada will ship via USPS.
Unless you meet the "$5 domestic shipping $60+" promo, you assume all responsibility for shipping costs and any associated fees, including signature confirmation (included only if requested.) Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request that a signature confirmation be added to your order.
For domestic orders, USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail delivery is typically 1-3 business days from ship date, and USPS Priority Mail Express is typically 1-2 days from ship date. UPS Ground delivery is 1-5 days from ship date, depending on the destination
For international orders, you (the buyer) assume financial responsibility for any & all customs fees and expenses. Wrightwood Candle Co. is not responsible. It is also important to keep in mind that international orders can take 7+ days to arrive to you once shipped. Keep an eye on tracking information to stay up to date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated by package weight. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your shipping address at check out.
For packages that are lost/damaged/stolen: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not opted into Route Package Protection due to the current and ongoing lack of accountability from shipping carriers. This .98¢+ add on is available and highly encouraged when placing your order. If Route Package Protection has not been added to your order, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier and give it time to process before a resolution is made. Thank you for your understanding.
Wrightwood Candle Company has no control over transit times once our packages are in possession of the mail carrier.
