Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We are only shipping in the US and to Canada at this time. All orders are currently being shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed and paid for via USPS or UPS. International orders to Canada will ship via USPS.

Unless you meet the "$5 domestic shipping $50+" promo, you assume all responsibility for shipping costs and any associated fees, including signature confirmation (included only if requested.) Please email hello@wrightwoodcandleco.com to request that a signature confirmation be added to your order. 

For domestic orders, USPS First-Class Mail and Priority Mail delivery is typically 1-3 business days from ship date, and USPS Priority Mail Express is typically 1-2 days from ship date. UPS Ground delivery is 1-5 days from ship date, depending on destination.

For international orders, you (the buyer) assume financial responsibility for any & all customs fees and expenses. Wrightwood Candle Co. is not responsible. It is also important to keep in mind that international orders can take 7+ days to arrive to you once shipped. Keep an eye on tracking information to stay up to date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated by package weight. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your shipping address at check out.

Please note that Wrightwood Candle Company has no control over transit times once our packages are in possession of the mail carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please let me know. Prior to resending your order, a claim will need to filed and given time to process with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We are not accepting returns at the moment, but your satisfaction is my top priority! I want you to love what you ordered. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason and would like to discuss a possible store credit/exchange, please email me at hello@wrightwoodcandleco.com. No exchanges will be accepted on candles that have already been lit.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns. Wrightwood Candle Company does not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are poorly packaged or lost in transit. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information. Please keep the tracking information until your exchange has been received & processed. Any packages sent back without instructions and tracking information will be returned to sender.

Damages

Each order is carefully wrapped to help ensure a safe delivery to you! While I do my very best to make sure everything arrives safely -- things happen! If your candle(s) or product(s) are damaged during shipping, please provide photo evidence (include both the product(s) & shipping box, if possible) within 3 days from delivery. A damage claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier, and we will work to find a viable solution.
